Acceptance of Terms

ChristWalls is an application designed to provide digital art and spiritual inspiration. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to wallpapers, graphics, code, and text, is the property of ChristWalls or its respective creators.

  • Personal Use Only: We grant you a limited license to download and use the wallpapers for your personal, non-commercial use on your own devices.
  • No Redistribution: You may not sell, redistribute, or use our art for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
  • No Scraping: Any attempt to automatedly download, "scrape", or harvest content from our servers is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban.

Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features and high-res artifacts require a "Divine Pro" subscription.

  • Billing: Subscriptions are managed through your Google Play Store account. Payments are subject to Google's terms and conditions.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Refunds: All refund requests must be directed to the Google Play Store. ChristWalls does not directly process or guarantee refunds.

Prohibited Conduct

We expect all users to respect the community and the creators. You agree not to circumvent security features, use malicious software, or attempt to reverse engineer the application.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "As-Is".

We provide ChristWalls on an "as available" basis without any warranties. Your use of the app and reliance on any content is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of ChristWalls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
