Reporting Infringement

To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you must send a written communication to our designated agent that includes the information listed below.

Please note that misrepresenting infringement may subject you to liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.

Required Information

  • Identification: Digital or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Work Description: A description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Location: Specific details of where the material is located within ChristWalls (e.g., Wallpaper Title or ID).
  • Contact: Your address, telephone number, and email.
  • Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  • Accuracy: A statement under penalty of perjury that the info is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Repeat Infringer Policy
